ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS WE SELL! There are so many wonderful and unique things in the store that people are hard pressed to see it all in a single trip! Husbands don't sit out in the car and kids beg to come back and that's because it's so much fun to search out that special trinket or that precious toy. Our store is filled to the ceiling with baskets, candy, maple syrup, toys, jewelry, windchimes, decorations, incense, t-shirts, ornaments, soaps and more. People really do stop and say "Wow!" as they step in the door.

Hand Made Mugs Imagine a potter sitting at a wheel creating a large barrel mug, then he imprints a town name a date on the side and sets it aside to dry. After a day or two he revisits this same mug and coats it with a glaze and fires it in the kiln. When that glaze is ready and the mug is cooled he will glaze a second color and put it in the kiln again. This time using a technique called salting, he will throw in a handful of salt that will adhere to the mug and will give it an old fashioned shiney but rough look. A hand made town mug has been born. These mugs are so popular across America that we have to wait in line for months before our order is ready to be processed. We proudly display them at the top of our mug wall.

More Hand Made Mugs These mugs are heavy and big; they're not the kind of mug that can tip over easily so they're great if you sit near a computer. Fill one up with tea or coffee and enjoy. Each mug is designed using ancient symbols in the African and Indian traditions. Designs range from elephants and wild animals to Kokopeilli, dancers and suns and moons. Each one is unique and signed on the bottom.

Porcelain Dolls Porcelain dolls can be exquisitely lovely. Each face is as pretty as a picture and the porcelain hands and feet are as delicate as the porcelain of which they are made. The craftsmen sew intricate lace onto the long, silky gowns and then attach faux pearls and ribbons to add to the incredible Victorian beauty of the dresses and hats. Each doll is unique.

Local Honey Local bees collect nectar from our lovely flowers in Western Massachusetts to make this delicious and sticky sweet honey. The honey bears are very popular and are easy to use when making a cup of tea. Compare some of this honey to the kind you are used to and you will see how honeys can be so different and yet the same.

Willow Tree Angels - Beautiful and Sentimental Willow Tree Angels are beautiful in their simplicity. It seems almost impossible that each one has an expressive face that is devoid of features. The images they portray can bring tears of emotion to your eyes as you look deeply upon them. Tucker Jones Tavern Puzzles Wrought iron Tavern Puzzles can be tricky; just try to remove the shuttle or the ring and you will see what we mean. The easiest puzzle takes only two moves but it can take weeks to figure out what those two moves are. Harder puzzles have 10 moves and the hardest take upwards of 30 moves to get the ring off. Not one of these puzzles comes with directions because the puzzle makers figure why buy a puzzle just to look at the answer? Inexpensive Spices We get our spices bulk and bag them up ourselves so we can pass on the savings to you. People have been known to come in and pick out 30 or so different bags of spices. "Are you cooking up a feast?" we ask. "No." comes the answer, "I'm tossing out my old ones and refilling with these - they smell great! " Our spices are such a good deal we can understand. Just recently we visited a local grocery store and discovered that some of their spices cost $500.00 a pound! Wow, what a difference. The same spices here cost $12-$20 a pound. Come and see them for yourself!

Hogwash! Go hogwild with Sallye Ander's Hogwash! It's hand cut glycerine soap and it won't dry skin. A perfect scrub for Mechanics, gardeners and kids, it's made with cornmeal for scrubbing. Contains no animal products. For spot treatment - wet soap and the stain, GENTLY work soap into stain. Use brush if necessary. Then launder as usual. Repeat as needed. Hogwash! contains saponified vegetable oils, cornmeal, herbs, essential oils and may contain one or more of the following: spices, cinnamon and vegetable extracts. Candles Galore! We have loads of scented candles, hand dipped tapers, tea lights and almost everything imaginable to go with them. These are Yankee Candles - famous for their scent. You can almost feel the flavors they are so good. Feel a storm in the air with Storm Watch. Feel a warm, starlit night with Midsummer's Night. You can almost taste the Macintosh as you imagine an orchard of apple trees and feel the crisp fall air. These candles are magical!

Fairies! Do you like fairies? We have fairy candle holders, fairy windchimes, pewter fairies, fairy earrings, stuffed fairies, fairy ornaments and more! We're always looking around for new fantasy things including wizards, dragons and crystal balls. Come and see them. They're delightful !

Windchimes We have hundreds of windchimes! Our Woodstock chimes are some of the best you can get. Each tube is tuned to the key of the chime and when they blow in the wind the tones are just as lovely and lilting as can be. Chimes by Whispering Winds are made with a specially crafted, strong alloy that looks like pewter but acts like steel. Each one of these chimes has an image on the top to add to the beauty of the chime. Windbells are in the shape of a pyramid with three sides to the chime. Each side is crafted with a different thickness to give three different tones when rung. These beautiful bells will patina in the outdoors to become antique before their time. They have images of animals, birds and scenes of New England. We have glass chimes, porcelain chimes and hand painted chimes. There are tiny chimes and huge chimes, angelic chimes and cute chimes.
